After you book: what to expect
Once your mascot is booked, here's what you can expect from J&R Mascot Rentals before your event day:
- Booking confirmation: We’ll send a confirmation email or message with your event’s date and time, the character(s) booked, and details on the deposit received and remaining balance due.
- Payment reminder: We’ll remind you of the remaining balance a few days before the event.
- Event details check: We’ll touch base to confirm the location and setup instructions, the event schedule (to ensure the mascot arrives on time), and any special requests (games, photos, or activities).
- Friendly tips & prep: We may share helpful tips to ensure your event goes smoothly, such as how to organize a photo area and how long the mascot will be active for play or meet & greet.

To ensure a smooth booking experience, please have the following information ready:
- Date & time: The exact date and time of your event.
- Location: The precise address for the event.
- Character choice: Your preferred mascot(s) from our selection.
- Duration: How long you would like the character(s) to be at your event and what activities you envision them doing. This helps us ensure the best experience for everyone!
